Not clear to me what are the differences between load, fetch and record. Load install it in the image? Fetch simply download the mcz files? Record is just the info about what has to be downloaded? I think this should be clear

These commands will be described in detail on the Commands page which is still being written ... actually now that the draft of the glossary is finished, I have begun filling in the blanks for the commands.
