The recommended path for the plugins is %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\PowerToys\PowerToys Run\Plugins.
- Close PowerToys.
- Copy the plugin folder to
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\PowerToys\PowerToys Run\Plugins. - If you're upgrading a plugin, delete the previous version.
- Open PowerToys.
