Updated Criticker import to support CSV export files. Older XML files are no longer supported. With this change, comes improved matching of movies as well as adding support for TV shows.

- Fixed IMDb CSV imports, the format of CSV's have changed at imdb.com so be sure to download your files again (thanks to OLamothePenelle's contributions);
- Added support for syncing of watched, collected and watchlist from iCheckMovies (thanks to glenngr's contributions);
- Removed username/password authentication, this method is deprecated, users previously using this will need to allow TraktRater to access your trakt.tv account. This can be done from the login tab.

- Added support to import ratings and want list from Flixster.
Flixster supports ratings from multiple sites including Rotten Tomatoes, Facebook and Fandango. The Flixster API does not return movie IMDb or TMDb IDs so matching is not perfect as it needs to rely on accurate Title and Year data.

- Support for IMDb Custom List import from CSV files, supports TV Shows and Movies (Episodes and People will come later depending on demand). Only CSV import is currently supported.
- Support for import from Letterboxd, supports Watched and Ratings.
- Added new option to set the Watched Date as the Release Date, this is disabled by default and is only applicable when the watched date is not available at the source.

- Support for oAuth Pin-Code authentication, this is the default for new users. People can continue to use a username/password for authentication if they so wish.
- Fixed the Criticker user interface not working as expected.
- Some minor changes made for compatibility on Mac OS / Linux when executed using Mono (thanks kheyse).
