Switch the coordinate system to match an [x,y] paradigm

Currently the coordinates of components are listed in a [value, ubiquity] order. This maps to a [y,x] coordinate system which is not what most users are familiar with in other Cartesian coordinate systems.

This is a request to reverse the order.

Perhaps this could be configured in a setting of the file to enable backward compatibility of existing maps.
