User Story

As a Damus user who uses the local bookmarks feature, I would like for my bookmarks list to be stored to relays, so that I can load my bookmarks in other clients.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Existing local bookmarks saved to NIP-51 spec
  2. All future bookmarks saved to NIP-51 spec
  3. If opened in nostr client other than Damus that supports NIP-51, all of bookmarks should be loaded

Doc lost his bookmarks, as he reinstalled Damus to get rid of a crash on startup bug @jb55 @danieldaquino

Does it make sense to add a warning in the delete sequence, and in the bookmarks menu for instance "Warning, bookmarks will be lost if app is deleted" or perhaps add this to subsequent sprint?
