Allow peer dependency of React 15

React 15 should be an allowed peer dependency version

Unfortunately, I lack the time to maintain this project at the moment.
I will try and review any Pull Request if you can afford to send one.
Have you tried react-swipe-views with React 15? Does it work?

I have it working with 15. I'll see if I can update anything that's required - it may have just worked though.
