  1. what did you do?
  • brew install delta
  • updated ~/.gitconfig
  1. what's not working?
$ git show
You must specify a test script. 
$ git log
You must specify a test script.

I missed brew install git-delta in the instructions

https://dandavison.github.io/delta/installation.html

to fix:

brew uninstall delta
brew install git-delta
