I'd like an option to configure the zoomed y-max to be equal to the vertical intercept of the cursor placement. E.g., Zoom and drag from y = 400 sets the zoomed y-max to 400. Currently the y-max seems to adjust to the maximum value of the data over the selected interval.
I'm currently trying to implement this on my own, but was not sure if there is already an established means of doing this, or if you have any suggestions @dandehavilland
