What worked for me, creating Conda env with python 3.8 and then installing : conda install pytorch==1.10.1 torchvision==0.11.2 torchaudio==0.10.1 -c pytorch, then doing pip install -r requirements.txt, If you already have created the Conda env, I would recommend to create a new one.
