Ascew v1.5.1

What's new:

• An icon
• A copy of the license has been added to the release
• Legal stuff has been added to the greeting
• Ascew config cleanup (just a bit, lots yet to do..)
• Soon: A localized install of ascew! It will be able to replace cmd for all of your everyday (in-terminal) use. It will also tout the ability to store a local .ascew file in appdata so that you can store ascew in program files(x86). The mobile will still be maintained as usual, and will function as the current normal install does. Also, in the farther off future, a GUI format for ascew is planned, which will allow for a lot more customization at the cost of some more ram usage. Note that the GUI format will also bring an overhaul to config files, which will be applied through the ms term version as well.
