User might write /command [QUESTION], however, currently, but won't respond anything that user expects.
Add handling [; {; }; <; >; ]; etc. symbols for all incoming messages where appropriate.

Do you need " / " characters?

@thomasnevins I think it's a common way of writing commands for bots. What do you think?

I think it would be more user friendly if you did not have to type "/" and if you could just type the question. What do you think?
