Multi-Plant Region of Interest:

Will be adding a function specifically to isolate multiple-plants in a field-of-view. We are using it for welled-plates but will write the function so it generally works for multiple plants per plate or pots.

two functions were added to 'solve' this issue, although future functions might be added to address this functionality in another way. The first is cluster_contors that clusters contours by a number of rows and columns that is set by the user. Then cluster_contour_splitimg splits the images into clusters and renames each image using the positional information with or without a file of names supplied by the user. This function does assume that you will have a 'stack' of images where the plants do not move positions.
