Approximate Hessian implementation

For first tests, the approximate Hessian according to Pratt et al. (1998) and Operto et al. (2006) is implemented in a quick-and-dirty way. The performance could be significantly increased by storing the FD forward wavefields instead of recomputing them for each source-receiver combination.
