Couldn't really get things to work reliably.

I monitor a simple html file. If I open it in TextWrangler it works, but if I open it in Xcode (9.4.1) or Coda (2.6.10), then I get a "Rename" notification then nothing. This is on 10.13.6

Any ideas?
