I've kept the dataset and code private for the past year due to a combination of reasons:

• The code and database are relatively trivial, and had provided the relevant information publicly in the past
• If I am to host a centralized database, it would be nice if I could be aware of those using it
• Out of respect for custom licenses that have already been granted

However, in light of increasing requests (both commercial and open source), I do believe I will open source all of it.

I'm busy at the moment, so it may take a few days for me to reorganize things, but I will get things in motion.

I'll need to keep adding things to the README, but everything should be understandable.
