How to color one quadrant of the graph? #4219

I'm trying to have a quadrant chart in my application to present some data. Quadrant chart looks like this:

I managed to get to this graph but couldn't color the quadrants as shown in the image. Anyone has an idea?

this is a advanced customization. You either ask on stack overflow, or figure it your own by taking a look at axis renderers, or chart renderers.
