I'm not sure if this is a DMSF or Redmine issue. I posted details/screenshots in the Redmine forums. Please see issue description there -

I believe that this behaviour has been resolved in #103. Could you re-test it with the last stable version, please?

The description on that sounds like the same issue I have. Although I have the latest stable installed. Here's what I have installed:

Environment:
Redmine version 2.2.3.stable
Ruby version 1.9.3 (x86_64-linux)
Rails version 3.2.12
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
Redmine plugins:
AgileDwarf 0.0.3
redmine_backlogs v0.9.37
redmine_dmsf 1.4.5 stable

I just noticed, when I click on custom fields the first time, I get one translation missing: en.DMSF_custom_field tab, each time I click back on custom fields another tab with this name is appended. It eventually adds enough of these to make the tab bar too long.

I've applied a patch to the latest stable version 1.4.5. So the version hasn't been increased. Please check whether you really have the latest source codes available on Github.

I compared custom_fields_helper.rb and what I have is of the previous revision. Can I just copy-overwrite this file and restart the server? Are there any rails commands necessary?

I'd recommend to replace whole plugin. No rake task is needed as the database remains unchanged.

Cool that fixed it :D

Re-downloading 1.4.5 contained more updates than just the custom_fields_helper.rb file. I had to install an additional gem - rubyzip then ran rake redmine:plugins:migrate RAILS_ENV="production" again.

So 1.4.5. was more like 1.4.6 hehe

My other Redmine instance, even though showing 1.4.5, actually had this patch which is why I didn't see this issue on that one.
