Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Public Exporters could be used as DDoS of your own internet-connection.

But it would be nice, to scrape multiple exporters with one central prometheus

That a request needs to authentificate, maybe with basicauth

Additional context
maybe create an tls-certificate also ACME is part of golang, or use thirdparty like certmagic
