Hi, is it possible to use this without a voltage meter?

ESPHome already has current measurements "out-of-the-box", there is no need to use this software at all (https://esphome.io/components/sensor/ct_clamp.html).

Please be aware that without voltage measurement you lose the ability to measure power factor and the real power.
