Post Is Media Exception

So if the first line of a post is media and has nothing following the media, show the full media.

If the only line entered in a post is a URL to an image or a video embed then we should show the full post content.

The most simple for this solutions is if we set the teaser to trimmed the first 200 char and the content char length is less than 200 char we should don't add a read more link :)
