Authenticated athlete doesn't have enough KOM's left to run some tests

ListAthleteKOMsTest requires at least 2 KOM's belonging to the authenticated athlete. But in the case of the javastrava tests, the authenticated athlete (this means you, @dshannonau) is too fat old and lazy and only has 1 KOM left.

Must skip the tests affected while this remains the case.
