Hi,

When Disable Footer is set to no, footer is still not showing. Cache flushed etc. We use Ultimo theme, Magento 2.2.3

I don't have the time to debug issues caused by other themes and/or extensions.

Definitely works with a clean install. If you want to debug this, the config check to unset layout containers is done here.

Closing this issue because I'm cleaning up the issue list: I'm unable to reproduce it, and the ticket has been open for 7+ days without update.

Feel free to re-open if you can reproduce this on a clean install with clear instructions.
