If we want to open this up, we'll need to make sure there's no sensitive data in the repo. If there is any, we probably want to check out http://help.github.com/remove-sensitive-data/.

Ideally, do we want this: http://poolscoring:yourmum@localhost:5984 to be configurable via an environment variable? As long as we add instructions to the readme.

Yeah, I think so. We need a config.ru.default which the readme explains how to modify. And then config.ru is in the .gitignore?
