Describe the issue
As discussed in dapr/components-contrib#1201 (tangentially as off-topic), the "Authenticating to Azure" docs could be simplified by using az ad sp create-for-rbac --skip-assignment. This would offer the same result (and same level of security/compliance) but with less steps.

@ItalyPaleAle - I'm looking through some of the Open Issues to start making some first contributions, and spotted this - looks like it's now closed :)

As an FYI, it looks like from Azure CLI 2.32.0, this is the default behaviour (See the doc updates here). I guess this issue can now be closed too?
