Describe the issue
In this section, we have at the end a link to known limitations (See known limitations).

Currently it is point to determinism limitations. My question is: shouldn't this be point to the root limitation section?

URL of the docs
https://docs.dapr.io/developing-applications/building-blocks/workflow/workflow-features-concepts/#updating-workflow-code

Expected content
Link to https://docs.dapr.io/developing-applications/building-blocks/workflow/workflow-features-concepts/#limitations,
instead of https://docs.dapr.io/developing-applications/building-blocks/workflow/workflow-features-concepts/#workflow-determinism-and-code-restraints

Hey @RafaelJCamara It seems certainly there is mismatch between the URL's. Can i fix it?

@Shubhdeep02 I think there's a mismatch as well, but I'm still waiting for an "official" confirmation from someone like @hhunter-ms.

Once we get this confirmation, we can proceed to fix it I guess :)
