Weird disconnect/failed-to-reconnect issue #18

Sometimes the bot gets disconnected and fails to reconnect. Not sure why.

Try some tests using iptables to block port 6667 outbound before cstate NEW,ESTABLISHED to see if it's a ping timeout handling issue or something.
