MS-SSIM result is not same compared with tf.image.ssim_multiscale

Hi, thank you for sharing your code.
I try to use your script to calculate ms-ssim on RGB images. But the result is not same compared with tf.image.ssim_multiscale.
I set the same parameter on both side: windowSize = 11, K1 = 0.01 and K2 = 0.03, luminace = false.
Does your algorithm a little different from tensorflow's?
