Documentation is for and older version and doesn't work with current one

The current version in pubspec.yaml is 0.7, which only supports a directory for parameter -i.
So the file created by curl -s -o greetings.rpc.discovery $URL, can't be passed to it.

v0.4.5 works just fine.. please update the docs or support passing that file.
