Authors and uploaders have their email published on the pub.dartlang.org site, which some folks may wish to avoid to limit spam, etc

If I'm an uploader on the site, let me override the display of my email to a URL.

For instance, if I'm bob@example.com let me:

Specify a display string separate from my email (My name?)
Specify a URL that clicks go to: example.com/bob or my github account, etc
