We should probably remove the web-stagexl project template, and scope the template list down to:

console-full
package-simple
server-shelf
web-angular
web-simple

We'd also have console-simple, right?

For the record, we thought about removing web-stagexl before, but we decided not to do so at that time. (See #381 (comment).)
