On the homepage of package:test we find this text at https://pub.dev/packages/test#writing-tests

Tests are specified using the top-level test() function. Test asserts can be made using expect from package:matcher

The URL for test() has changed from

https://pub.dev/documentation/test_core/latest/test_core.scaffolding/test.html

to

https://pub.dev/documentation/test_core/latest/test_core/test.html

it seems (I don't know the specifics, but this seems to be it).
