Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I use the latest EarlyboundGenerator for some reason it uses Norwegian locale for generating the files. Previous version uses the English locale. The files generated are hence not compatible with the previous ones as properties and option-set gets different names.

Describe the solution you'd like
An easy way to specify what language should be used. The most convenient is if it is possible for EBGenerator to check what languages are available on the server and present those for selection in a list.

Describe alternatives you've considered
If I am not mistaken EBGenerator is a frontend on CrmSvcUtil. A solution to my problem is if we could somehow specify additional custom parameters

Does the EBG V2 solve your problem? What version are you using?

Does using the Option Set Value Language Override code do anything? And yes, the EBGV1 does call out to the CrmSvcUtil, but I am unaware of any parameters that can be used for it to control language (outside of VB or C#)
