Describe the bug
After adding a new user, the user doesn't exist in the autocomplete list of project collaboration.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add new user
Go to any project and there to collaboration
Try to add new user by select from list
User doesn't exist in this lis

Additional context
By adding new user, we should update the cached list of users
