DEV-2716 harmonize timestamp

The user feedback issued by try_network_action() uses timestamps in this format: 2023-09-28T13:39:29.044372, but in the log file, the same timestamp is formatted as 2023-09-28 13:39:29,044. So it isn't possible to copy and quickly find a timestamp in the log file.

This could easily be harmonized.
