It was the default (use global repository), but now platformio complains about not specifying it.
Forwarder is no longer the dev environment, and direct SSH has been enabled.
"Precise" has some old GCC which output doesn't run on RPi (Illegal instruction / Segmentation fault / etc). Had to update to "Trusty" (which runs on GCE and requires sudo). As an upside, now pushing directly to RPi instead of recompiling on forwarder.
