update documentation to reflect recent changes #29

The service is currently changed to `dashd`, but the docs were not updated, so now these are incorrect. Also, we are not supporting 'spawn' any longer, only direct connections.

See individual commits, updates Dashd service doc, bump latest supported Dash Core version (12.1.x is over a year old now) and only support Node.js >= 6.
