Enhance Java support for base2.IO.LocalFileSystem

[GoogleCodeExporter]

The LocalFileSystem object is implemented fully for ActiveX and XPOM. Java
support is still rudimentary.

Need to add:

copy()
isDirectory()
isFile()
mkdir()
move()
remove()

Why java? For Opera? Can't find much on Safari, except Applets...
