How use this code to test on single photo?

Thanks for your great effort, I have a question can I use this code to test on single photo?
Or Are the images must be sequential frames from videos?

Is it necessary when I use inference (Predict) on blurred image, use ground truth?
if I just have blurred image and I want to see the result of the model?
