Apply filter to reverse engineering scripts and process

To facilitate more incremental working with design metadata, it may be good to apply any filters to the reverse engineering script / processes that manage the physical model snapshot. This way, you can limit the amount of metadata that is being worked on.

Acceptance criteria: any filtering in the filter criterion is applied to the reverse engineering script.
