The data for the 2016 election have already been collected. We need to collect historical data. Contact @scottcame about issues with mapping to boroughs (Alaska's county equivalents)

So, I'm still working on this, but to be honest my VERY basic python skills are failing me at the moment. I've got a bash script that will convert PDFs to text, and a python script that will find the relevant line numbers in the file, but I'm struggling with the final step of writing just those lines to a new file. I don't want to hold you guys up, if anyone else who is not a total beginner wants to take over I can upload what I've got, or otherwise I will keep trying...
