[FEATURE]: Add uber principal spn details in sql warehouse data access configuration

Problem statement

databricks labs ucx create-uber-principal cmd create a spn and adds the spn details to the ucx cluster policy. However, this is not updated in the SQL warehouse data access configuration. When the migrate-tables workflow is run, its fails with an AAD token error when running show table properties cmd from the warehouse
