Wondering if the only option here is to manually edit the nginx config for each site in /etc/nginx/sites-available/ to turn on SSL and point to the certificate (once installed).

Would be nice to have the option of specifying a template to use for setting up instances that will run under SSL.

Oh, I like that. Especially for folks that pick this up to run their own CKAN, we should make it as easy as possible to default to SSL.

As soon as https://letsencrypt.org/ launches publicly, I would also love to have a nice guide on how to easily get a cert and have it running with multisite.
