Turns out they've changed the schema (only barely, it'll be easy to fix), and they no longer allow automated downloads. I know I could just throw in a user agent string, but instead I emailed them to ask if this project can have access cause I don't want to get in trouble with the government, hah. Hopefully I'll be able to fix this soon.
