Generalization not removed properly

In https://slovník.gov.cz/modelujeme/workspace/instance-1584195892 I had "eviduje stát" which specialized "eviduje pohlaví". This was an error so I removed the specialization. It is not in the diagram but it still somehow in the model because I can see it on the right hand side panel:

Another problem with inheritance removal. In a workspace with https://slovník.gov.cz/generický/digitální-objekty I deleted several inheritances. For example between Poskytovatel and Poskytovatel jako právnická osoba .

I published the workspace and later I created a new one with the same vocabulary. What I can see:

I.e.:

• Poskytovatel jako právnická osoba is not in https://slovník.gov.cz/generický/digitální-objekty vocabulary which is correct
• However, I can see the removed Poskytovatel jako právnická osoba in the list of inheriting object types from the external vocabularies
• I can also add it to the diagram which makes it again the part of https://slovník.gov.cz/generický/digitální-objekty

Moreover, by dereferencing Poskytovatel jako právnická osoba, I can check that there are no triples for this resource published. So it is not a problem of the model. Diagrams or another workspace artifact probably?
