Chem | Scaffold tree coloring: improvements

• Coloring for child structures - it's very inconvenient that you can't click the icon again to return to the custom color (you have to click the palette again and choose the custom child color again)
• The custom coloring should override the default one (from Structure search)
• Add the icon for removing the specific node of the scaffold tree
• use the trash iscon instead of '-'
