Add logging tags to each stack file to get container name and id as labels in logs

 logging:
      driver: "json-file"
      options:
        max-file: "5"
        max-size: "10m"
        tag: "{\"name\":\"{{.Name}}\",\"id\":\"{{.ID}}\"}"
