Hi, I wrote to the datamade email earlier about this and haven't gotten a response. But I'm curious why you are spinning down the server? Is it possible we could maintain the project still?

Hi @jorepstein thanks for chiming in here. The https://laws.council.nyc.gov/ site is currently down and we are in discussions with the folks at the Council Speaker's Office to resolve it. I'll update this thread when we have a resolution.

Hi @derekeder, has there been any update from their office? I have colleagues that were hoping to use the program for some general election engagement work. Possibly I could reach out to my council member to help with any roadblocks?

Sure, will follow up by email. For the record, the initiative I was working on last year is no longer in the works but I am still interested in hearing what the plan is for this going forward!
