Add a set of extra dependencies for working in Jupyter notebooks.

  • jupyter is currently only a dev dependency, so it's left up to the users to install it if they want to use edvart in Jupyter notebooks.
  • jupyter-dash is listed in documentation for the user to install. It is needed to render interactive Plotly in Jupyter notebooks. However, it is not required for example to render plotly in other environments such as VSCode Notebooks or Databricks Notebooks.
