JPA using Map with embedded key is adding extra column to form part of PK of join table, incorrectly

Should just use the fields of the embedded key.
Clearly there may be some situations where the key fields cannot be used and an "order" column would be beneficial, so maybe have an option of using a surrogate key order column (like it does now)
