Code run can continue running when collaborating

If two people are running code in the code editor and one of those users stopped their run, the other run will continue in the background. If it is an expensive run this will stop the workers and there will be no way to stop the run other than restarting the worker.

It needs to show current and previous runs similar to pipeline runs.
